About the Golf Club

Measuring 6468 yards with a Standard Scratch Score of 71, the course offers the golfer some really challenging holes, which at first may look easy but soon earn the players' respect.

The first half of the course has a variety of par 4's but well placed bunkers at the 1st, 3rd, 4th and 9th make for demanding approaches to the greens. The two par 5's on this half look quite straight forward but require accurate shots to the greens.

A good all-round test of golf, not overly long or penal, but testing enough all the same. The first few holes are on flatter parts but you need to keep it straight. Once you're on the back nine it gets a little hillier. Whilst there are good holes all over the course, the par 3's impressed me the most, especially the 17th which looks a fairly straightforward mid-iron off the tee, but is played to a huge, sloping green. I found the green and was pleased to ONLY take 3 putts!
