Excellent course. Its now privately owned but still pay and play. The buggies are all new and have GPS to tell you exactly how far the green is :) I play this course a lot and its always well kept. Pretty much every hole has a twist, 8th is excellent (lay up!!!!), 12th is HARD, 10th isn't easy either! 9th is a great par 3 as well, cant recommend it enough. As far as the slow play at weekends its now not the case since it became private, no idea why, but a few weeks ago we went round in 3.5 hours on a Saturday afternoon, which is fine by me!
