About the Golf Club

Lytham Green Drive is a pleasant tree lined course, which although within a mile of the Irish Sea still retains its parkland characteristics.

Don't be fooled by its apparent lack of length, at 6,305 yards it is indeed short by modern standards, but very small, well bunkered greens provide a more than adequate test.

On first impressions the Green Drive course looks superb. The club house displays all the overtones of a British Open course, the course is very well maintained and the holes are challenging. The people are also very friendly and using the 2-fore-1 golf vouchers means value for money is excellent. Holes such as number 9 and 10 are adequate for any professionals and the short par 3 15th is a cracking little hole. In summary, a great days golfing for players of all standards and well worth a visit.
