About the Golf Club
Lochgilphead Golf Course is a picturesque 9 hole course set in the hills of Mid Argyll.
If you choose to play 18 holes then the yardage is a very respectable 4518 yards. A par 64 the course was designed by Dr I.McCammond. The course offers a variety of challenges and as such is an excellent test of golf.
If you play during the week then no booking is required although the number of tee times available at the weekend is varied.

Played this course as a real novice i found it quite a challenging but enjoyable couse. The third IS straight up and you need a few moments to catch your breath once youre up there. Its worth it for the view. The sixth tee is a belter and very forgiving to the meanest slicer like myself
