About the Golf Club

A beautiful tight course requiring thought and good shot placement. Don't be put off by its length as it will suit the golfer who thinks a lot and not necessarily powers their way around the course. Many of the holes require care to negotiate the two streams and bunkers. Golfers who play regularly know only too well that the 9th hole, stroke index 1 needs to be mastered if a reasonable score is to be achieved. An accurate tee shot avoiding the out of bounds on the right has to be made leaving a mid iron into the green. Choose a driver and you can have a nightmare. A good test of golf on a short course.

The greens and bunkers are in nice condition with the fairways being in places a bit soft like a sponge. It is a course to be thought about rather than just smashing it with a driver each time
