Held a charity event here & it was very good. The course, after a very long dry spell, was in very good condition. Fairways good & greens excellent. It's a thinking mans course with a few short par fours but not necessarily reachable in one because of dog-legs & traps. A bit hilly at times but not rediculously so. Clubhouse & pro-shop has been extended a lot in the last couple of years offering a far greater range of facilities to visiters & members alike. Off course the clubhouse was very good as was the catering & the welcome second to none. I liked the course before this charity event, having travelled from Bristol to play there several times, I love it now! Highly recommended
