About the Golf Club

The 6,665 yard (competition tees), Par 72 course provides a challenging test of golf all year round.

Opened for play in 1974, it has matured into an attractive tree lined course with many fast sloping greens and strategically placed bunkers.

Its location affords impressive views of the Staffordshire countryside.

One of the plus points of Druids Heath is that it is well known as a course which is not unduly affected by wet conditions. Its elevated position and quick draining land means that it is rarely closed and in summer is always extremely well presented.

Nice tree-lined course with scenic views of the surrounding countryside, this is what you might call an undiscovered gem. The course itself requires a good long game, especially on the front 9. Lose you driving game and it gets very difficult. My personal preference is actually the par 3's, all very different and well thought out.
