About the Golf Club

With the delightful market town of Bury St Edmunds often referred to as "the jewel in the crown of East Anglia", it should come as no surprise that it can boast a real "gem" of a golf course.

The parkland course is situated in 150 acres on the western outskirts of the town and can be easily spotted when travelling along the eastern carriageway of the A14.

There are now twenty seven fine golf holes, eighteen of which are accepted as making up one of the finest courses in the County.

The 9 hole pay and play course is no pushover either, at 2217 yards with a good variety of long par 4 holes and some very tricky par 3's

A very attractive course in generally very good condition. Lack of water takes away the risk reward that some holes could provide.
