About the Golf Club

Buckingham Golf Club is a traditional private members' club set in 130 acres of beautiful rolling Buckinghamshire countryside.

Our 18 hole, 6,162 yards, Par 71 Parkland Course offers a fair but challenging test to golfers of all abilities.

The course features two rivers - The Great Ouse and Dudley Brook - The rivers come into play on 9 holes of the 18 hole course. The majority of the holes are tree-lined and all but one of the greens are guarded by bunkers.

An abundance of wildlife (Kingfishers, MuntJack, Pheasants etc.) are seen frequently. The course has a large Practice Area with full-size green and bunker and also a Practice Putting Green.

The Practice Area and Practice Putting Green are only for use by members and Green Fee payers. The facilities are not open to the general public.

A very ordinary fairly open parkland course. Although it's an old club it didn't have an established feel for me & it felt like one of those courses that was built in the seventies. There were few memorable holes & lots of similar looking holes running up & down next to each other with a thin line of trees separating them.
