Easy to play course, ideal for those who feel it is time to graduate from pitch and putt to a "proper" course. Also worth a visit to boost your confidence if your game is in a slump! There are a couple of holes where you need to make a decision on the tee, but for the most part you have wide open fairways to belt your driver down. An open start with several holes running parallel sees golfers zigzagging from fairway to fairway, but once away from the clubhouse there are a few interesting holes on the back 9. The 200 yd par 3 at the13th requires you to carry the river Brent, and precision is needed for your approach to the par 4 at the 14th as it has ponds to the front, back and left sides of the green. Overall, not the best kept course, but it still represents great value for money.
