We had just had quite a lot of rainfall the preceding week so this will have contributed to the state of the course. There are some challenging tee shots from interesting tee positions and on a number, distance is key. The fairways had been allowed to grow but as I said, the rain probably stopped them being trimmed down. Despite the greens being damp, they ran true and consistent around the entire course. It is definitely a course I would recommend as I have seen it at it's worst and want to play it again. A good challenge for any level of golfer - just be prepared for the hills. Trolley recommended
