About GARETH DICK
- Qualification
- PGA AAA
- Specialist Area
- JUNIORS AND LADIES
After spending time at Kilmacolm G.C 1977-80 as Assistant, I moved to Blackmoor G.C until 1982 when I joined St Pierre Golf & Country Club as Head Assistant until 1987, when I took over as head Professional at Powfoot G.C near Annan Dumfriesshire, and stayed there until 2002.
I now act as a mobile PGA Coach and am concentrating on providing clubs without a Professional, access to good coaching for members and local players along with a fast Re-gripping service, and advice with purchasing new or 2nd hand equipment.
Its great to see people improving and enjoying their golf and being a part of the best social game there is.
With kind regards
Gareth Dick PGA

How McDowell Got in the Groove by Dermot Gilleece

Winning, we’re told, becomes a habit. Graeme McDowell discovered this some years ago and he positively tingles from the feeling right now, with two tournament victories in the last four weeks. After becoming the first Irish winner of the RBC Heritage Classic at Harbour Town on April 21st, he went on to become the first Irishman to capture the Volvo World Matchplay title, in an unlikely, Bulgarian setting last weekend.
