Two of golf’s best-known brands have combined to create the perfect Christmas present for golfers in the UK. The offer – buy a SkyCaddie and receive a free fourball at a DeVere golf course – applies to the full SkyCaddie range, including SG2.5 and the new SGX. The free voucher gives SkyCaddie buyers up to £320 worth of green fees at De Vere. Inside their SkyCaddie box golfers will find a De Vere Golf fourball voucher, valid at ten of the leading hotel operator’s exclusive venues in the UK at any time before March 31st 2011. The promotion covers fourteen of De Vere’s sixteen UK golf courses, including all courses at Slaley Hall, Heron’s Reach, Oulton Hall, Mottram Hall, Carden Park, Wychwood Park, Belton Woods, Dunston Hall, Staverton Park and Wokefield Park, with only Cameron House at Loch Lomond unavailable in the offer. All De Vere golf courses have been surveyed on foot by SkyCaddie’s professional mapping team. SkyCaddie is the only rangefinder to use highly accurate survey-grade equipment to measure dozens of critical target points on every hole, giving golfers unbeatable information on over 2,600 golf courses in the UK. Less than 2% of the UK’s courses are as yet un-mapped by SkyCaddie. During the promotion SkyCaddie buyers will also receive an invitation to join the new De Vere Club, which for just £295 gives golfers membership of all eleven De Vere golf clubs in the UK on a points-based system. With a round of golf starting at just 2 points, and with 100 De Vere points included in their Membership, De Vere Club members have plenty of choice and can also redeem their points by inviting friends to play with them.
