How much do you love golf? A lot? Enough to spend 90 minutes, five days a week, 48 weeks a year, watching Golfing World, the new magazine programme being produced by IMG Media? Though not. Still, this further cements the reputation of IMG as the most powerful agency in golf. It represents top players, hosts tournaments and owns the broadcast rights for millions of hours of tournament play. Not that we know which channels will be broadcasting this golf-fest yet. Rumours that the organisation is run by a man in a swivel chair stroking an expensive cat were made up as a convenient end for this article.
